Promotion

What it takes to reach each rank. Up to Lance Corporal it's mostly recommendations. After that, ranks are handpicked.

Recruit to Sergeant Major

  1. Recruit
    Join CAB.
  2. Private
    Pass a recruit training.
  3. Private First Class
    5 recommendations
  4. Lance Corporal
    8 recommendations + the Lance Corporal Quiz
  5. Corporal
    10 recommendations + a handwritten nomination from a Commissioned Officer
  6. Sergeant
    18 recommendations + a handwritten nomination from a CO + a microphone (required)
  7. Staff Sergeant
    22 recommendations + lead 4 crews + host 6 recruit trainings (2 shadowed by a CO)
  8. Master Sergeant
    26 recommendations + lead 8 crews + host 12 recruit trainings or 12 co-hosts
  9. Sergeant Major
    Handpicked, and usually only given to retired HIGHCOM or current Logistics Officers.

Provisionary to Captain

  1. Provisionary Officer
    Apply through the officer application and get selected.
  2. Second Lieutenant
    Pass the Officer Training Course.
  3. First Lieutenant
    Handpicked for excellent, notable performance as a 2LT, after at least 6 months.
  4. Captain
    Handpicked for excellent, notable performance as a 1LT, after at least a year.
